- 8oz flaky or shortcrust pastry
- 6oz curly kale
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 8oz Perl Las Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 egg beaten
Preheat the oven to 200c.
Roll the pastry into a long rectangle.
Combine the kale, onion, Perl Las and season with salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture onto the centre of the pastry.
Brush the edges of the pastry with half the egg, then fold the pastry over and crimp the edges together.
Brush the outside of the pasty with the rest of the egg, place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until golden.
